THE GROANING

Likewise the Spirit also helps our weakness: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought but the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

Romans 8:26 includes one of the most surprising truths of Scripture. When we are weighed down by life’s heavy burdens, there are times when we don’t even know how to pray. Yet in these moments, “the Holy Spirit prays for us with groanings that cannot be expressed in words.” Wow! In the mystery of God’s triune nature, the very Spirit of God prays for us. And these prayers include wordless groanings.

Here is wonderful news for us. When you don’t know how to pray, the Spirit of God is there to help. When you run out of words, God understands your wordless sighs. When all you have to bring before God are your tears, he can read the meaning of each one. Moreover, as amazing as it sounds, the triune God is praying with you, through you, and even for you. God enters into the brokenness of our world and our lives, sharing even in our groaning.

CELEBRATE JESUS WITH PRISONERS

Touring Churches, Radio, TV and even hosting a big concert in a stadium are the most common phenomenon among us Gospel Minister nowadays.

Rural Evangelism, Road Concert in Remote Areas, Prison, Remand, Etc are probably not in our agenda anymore... Anyway for me not me miss the purpose of this writeup, my humble sister Barakah is celebrating Jesus with Mbanga Prisoners as scheduled in the flyer attached.

We are using this medium to also celebrate Jesus in your life and we truly believe that God's purpose for this gathering shall be fulfilled in Jesus Name.
