A Christian Leader:
Must have a good relationship with Christ.
Must be able to defend the relationship anywhere.
Must stay through to the Faith.
Must be willing to say the truth anywhere without fear.
Must be Godly.
Must keep his focus all the time.
Must set example to his fellow in speech, action with selfless love
Must be punctual at meetings
Must be diligent with the gifts in their life
So give yourself totally to the above, don't be once in a month church service attendance.
Be counted worthy.
